Learn how to save lives!
This course trains individuals to overcome any reluctance to act in emergency situations as well as recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants. This course also provides the lay responder with the knowledge and skills necessary to help sustain life in an emergency and minimize the pain and consequences of injury or sudden illness until professional medical help arrives. All certifications are valid for two years. Classes will be held in the Recreation Center classrooms.
