Parking for Faculty and Staff
All employees of Ashland University are required to display a current parking permit on their vehicle while the vehicle is parked in an Ashland University parking lot. Employees are issued one permit that may be moved from one vehicle to another. Employee permits may not be issued or loaned to Ashland University students. Employees are not to park in a lot without a permit while allowing their dependent child (or spouse) to use their permit to park another vehicle in Ashland University lots while attending daytime classes through the week. It is not necessary to renew a faculty/staff permit annually. The Safety Services office will notify the campus community when a new registration period will commence. There is no cost for the first permit. Lost or stolen permits must be reported to the Safety Services office and a new permit will be issued at a cost of $5.
To register your vehicle(s), please follow these steps:
1. Print the Faculty/Staff Parking Registration Form.
2. Complete the form (must complete all information to receive permit).
3. Submit the completed form to the Safety Services department in the Hawkins Conard Student Center. Completed forms may be mailed to the department via intra-campus mail.
