Accessibility Services & Testing

Providing services for our students

Students at all Ashland University sites who have documentation from a medical doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist for specific learning and/or physical or health handicaps may receive services through Disability Services.

Students who use services through this office are more successful if they know how their disability impacts classroom performance. Our goal is to facilitate students to become self advocates within the academic environment.

CLEP Testing

Available for students wishing to receive credit by examination.

Fees due at the time of the test: $77.00 this fee is paid through credit card only. There is also an administrative fee of $25.00 cash or check only.

Ashland University students must check with the Registrar's Office before scheduling a test to make sure they can receive credit. There are some areas such as English and the Sciences that do not accept CLEP credit. Contact Patty Becker at (419) 289 - 5953 to schedule a test or for more information.
