Home Football Games – Jack Miller Stadium
Jack Miller Stadium, part of the new Dwight Schar Athletic Complex, provides Ashland University fans and the Ashland Community with a one-of-a-kind college game day experience. The Ashland University Athletic Department in conjunction with Safety Services asks for all attendees’ cooperation in order to provide convenient parking during home games.
Students
Ashland University Safety Services requests that all student vehicles (including those with assigned permits) be removed from Amstutz/Kem, Maintenance/Andrews, and Jefferson lots by 7:00am Saturday morning prior to home football games. Towing will begin Friday evening at approximately 6:00pm. Students are encouraged to park in the Arby’s lot on Claremont and the gravel lot behind Dauch on College Blvd. Students will be able to return to closed lots upon conclusion of any home game. Any student found in violation of the home game parking policy will risk an immediate tow. Ashland University is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of towing charges, holding fees, etc.
Gridiron Members
Gridiron Club Members will have pre-registered parking spaces reserved for all home games. Gridiron members should park in the lot off Broad between Davis Street and Fairbanks Street.
Visitors
Visitor parking will be available in Amstutz/Kem, Maintenance/Andrews, and Jefferson lots. You will ONLY be able to access these lots from Broad Street between the stadium and campus. All Claremont Avenue entrances will be blocked. A fee of $5 will be required per vehicle for game day parking. The Amstutz/Kem and Jefferson lots will open at 11:00am. Ashland University asks that you review and comply with parking requests in order to create a heightened level of convenience for all visitors who wish to park in a campus lot.
Disability Parking
Parking will be available for those fans with disabilities near the Jack Miller Stadium. There will be eighteen (18) spaces reserved in the Amstutz lot, and three (3) spaces reserved in the Andrews lot. A valid handicap parking tag will be required.
Tailgating
There will be a tailgating area for fans in Lot F directly behind the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. This area will open one hour earlier than all other lots at 10:00am. A $10 charge will be applied to those fans wishing to park an RV. Please review our Tailgating Policy before taking place in a tailgating activity. All fans are subject to removal for violating Ashland University policies during any Ashland University event.
