ANNUAL RE-CHARTERING PROCESS
All fully chartered organizations must submit a roster by Wednesday, October 3, 2012 to stuact@ashland.edu
- By submitting a roster, your organization will be re-chartered for one academic year. If you fail to submit a roster, your organization will lose its active status and all rights on campus.
- All provisional organizations eligible for full charter status must submit a constitution and roster by Wednesday, October 3, 2012 to stuact@ashland.edu. Guidelines for creating a Constitution can be found in the Student Organizational Manual.
- By submitting these items, the President and Advisor of the organization agree to review and abide by all policies as outlined in the Student Organization Manual.
ANNUAL FUNDING PROCESS
Fully chartered organizations requesting funds, please follow these directions:
- Complete the Funding Request Worksheet and email to stuact@ashland.edu by Monday, March 4, 2013.
- Provisional organizations are not permitted to apply for funding.
