Mission Statement

Through a collaborative holistic approach, the primary purpose of Student Affairs is to enhance student learning and personal development congruent with the Ashland University mission.

Goals

• Promote the academic purpose of the University.
• Provide student services which intentionally enhance student learning.
• Collaborate with faculty, students and staff to provide learning experiences outside of the classroom.
• Promote a community of respect and affirm the value of each individual by providing quality customer service.
• Base policies and programs on practices derived from student learning research and institutional assessment data.
• Promote a positive relationship with the local community, its agencies, schools and citizens.
