All fees and charges must be paid in full before registration becomes valid and before a student can reside in University facilities or attend classes. Interest will be charged on all past due balances at a rate of 1.5% monthly. Only students with a zero balance will be allowed to register for subsequent semesters, and graduating students must have accounts paid in full before they receive their diploma. No person may have a transcript of his/her record until the account is paid in full.
Beginning February 1st, 2013, all credit card payments for tuition, fees, room and board will be assessed a 2.7% service charge on the transaction amount, with a minimum $3.95 charge. Electronic check payments will be assessed a $2.95 service charge per transaction. All service charges will show as a separate transaction on your credit card/bank account statement.
