The Rec Center is able to be rented by campus organizations during the academic school year and by outside groups during breaks and during non-operating hours. Renting the facility is a great option for staff bonding and development amongst church groups, business gatherings, graduation parties and birthday parties.

Campus Departments/Organizations
Campus organizations can reserve areas of the Rec Center, during the academic school year, at no cost. Reservation forms should be turned in two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Needed for Every Rental
- All participants (who are not members of the Recreation Center) must sign a liability form (parent/legal guardian signature required for anyone under 18)
- Organization must provide proper supervision - one adult for every 20 children
- Final payment is due the day of the event
- A list of participants must be available upon request
Rentals During Operating Hours
Facility rentals can take place during winter, spring, and summer breaks; as well as Thanksgiving break, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Good Friday.
- Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance; along with a $20 non-refundable deposit

Rentals During Non-Operating Hours
The entire Rec Center must be reserved when renting during non-operating hours. The rental can occur in a 4 or 8 hour time block.
- Reservation requires a $200 non-refundable deposit
