Editorial Policy
The Editor especially welcomes articles about innovative school and district programs, effective classroom practice at the high school and middle school levels, and issues relating to the achievement, lifestyles and attitudes of adolescents.
Manuscripts are electronically submitted to the editor and, blind, to two members of the editorial staff. The Editor reserves the right to make any editorial changes in manuscripts to achieve greater clarity, improve organization and format, and meet space limitations. Authors must not submit any manuscript which is under consideration by another publisher.
Manuscripts are acknowledged within one to two weeks of receipt, and reviewed within three to four months. Time between notification of acceptance and publication may be from six months to a year. Rejected manuscripts are usually returned critiqued. Three complimentary copies of the journal are sent to the author. Contributors will not be paid or charged for articles
