Our curriculum is a two-tiered approach. The foundations core is required for all students, in addition to a focused sequence of the desired specialty. During the first year students take general theatre courses such as acting, script analysis, introduction to technical theatre and the visual art of design. You will be asked to choose a specific course of study from the four areas of concentrations. Throughout your years at Ashland University, you will continue to take classes in theatre history, directing and dramatic style. In your senior year you will choose a senior project which showcases your four years of study and training.
