Please Note: Due to a problem with older Netscape browsers, Netscape had
issued an alert to all Netscape users to upgrade their browsers to their latest
version.
If you found that your current browser does not support 128-bit encryption, the
good news is that Microsoft, Netscape and AOL offer free upgrades.
