Graduate Online and Adult Studies Complaints

Ashland University provides several means by which student complaints and appeals may be addressed. Please review the following information for the section that most aligns with your student complaint or appeal.

INSTRUCTIONAL FACULTY PERFORMANCE, FACULTY CONDUCT OR FINAL GRADE APPEALS:

Please contact your Academic Advisor in the Graduate, Online, and Adult Center for Academic Support at either  419-289-5081 or goa-advising@ashland.edu to review the appeal process. Faculty performance or grade appeals must be submitted no later than the end of the following semester. The formal appeal process can be found on page 29 of the Graduate Catalog.
