Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology - College of Arts and Sciences
The Department of Biology/Toxicology at Ashland University (www.ashland.edu) invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology (non-tenure track) beginning August 2019. This position reports directly to the Department Chair.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellence in teaching and is expected to contribute to the life of the University. Responsibilities include teaching of courses in Microbiology for nursing students and Cell Biology for science majors with the opportunity to mentor undergraduate research students.
Master's degree is required; PhD preferred. Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level is required.
