Requests for employment verification in writing or by telephone should be directed to the Human Resources Records department. Most requests will be processed within 24-48 hours. The university only maintains records for the past seven years for employees who are no longer actively employed. The following information will be provided:
- Dates of employment
- Job title

Requests for verification of salary or year-to-date wages (needed, for example, for mortgage applications, wage garnishments, lease or credit applications) must be in writing and accompanied by a signed authorization from the employee. These requests should be directed to Human Resources.
