The Pro Football Hall of Fame is proud to offer a series for learners in high school, college and beyond! “Before the Snap” gives an insight to professional careers in and around the NFL, while giving a live audience the opportunity to interact with an industry expert. On Friday, January 14th, 2022 at 12:00pm ET special guest Amber Williams will be on hand to speak on her career, what she does in her current position and much more!!
Amber Williams is the Manager of Analytics and Consumer Insights for the Los Angeles Rams. The first in her role, Amber has taken lead on building their marketing and media analytics capabilities from the ground up. Through data, she helps the team learn more about their fans, about Angelenos, and ways to improve as an organization. Amber alos sits on the Rams Diversity and Inclusion Council to help promote diversity, equity, and belonging among Rams employees. Prior to joining the Rams, Amber worked in consulting where she conducted market research studies for brands like Netflix and Pepsi and had previously worked at NFL Network during and after graduating from USC's Marshall School of Business.
