There is a fine line between being stressed out and feeling the effects of something more serious such as anxiety. Almost all students report feeling stressed out at some point in time in their collegiate career, including the job search. Learn how to control the escalating sensation of stress to help prevent anxiousness or further issues in your journey. In collaboration with the Department of Counseling, we will highlight healthy alternative methods for handling stress, as well as inform you on how to identify your own stressors in relation to your personal employment or internship journey.
