Learn about Ashland University's low-residency MFA program in Creative Writing at an informational Open House on Saturday, November 22. MFA Director Stephen Haven and Administrative Director Wendy Hall will provide details about the program before opening the session to questions. An admissions representative will be available to field any questions about the application process as well.
Information will include...
- the different genres in the program (fiction, nonfiction, poetry)
- the nature of a low-residency MFA program
- the sequence of courses
- the cross-genre emphasis
- the experience of our two-week intensive summer residencies
- how non-residential online classes work
The Open House will be held in Room 105 of the Dauch College of Business and Economics Building, which is located on College Avenue in Ashland, near the intersection of Claremont and College Avenue. Weather permitting, we’ll offer a brief tour of campus for anyone interested.
If you plan to attend the open house, please R.S.V.P. to Wendy Hall: email@example.com.
