Dr. Boris Kerkez
Dr. Kerkez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in systems analysis, a Master of Science degree in mathematics and statistics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and a doctor of philosophy degree in computer science from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Kerkez joined Ashland University in 2003. He has taught a variety of computer science courses including Computer Programming I, Data Structures and Programming Languages. Dr. Kerkez's research interests include machine learning, case-based reasoning, planning and plan recognition, the Steiner Tree, Pancake network, neural network applications and cognitive science.
