  • Joined Ashland University faculty in 2000 and serves as professor of Mathematics and has taught a wide variety of mathematics courses, most recently Discrete Mathematics, Analysis, History of Mathematics, and Elementary Statistics
  • Research interests include associative ring theory and algebra, representation of numbers, the history and foundations of mathematics, and open source software
  • Served as chair of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science from 2007-14
