Bio

  • Joined Ashland University faculty in 2018 and serves as Visting Assistant Professor of History
  • Previously served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Gettysburg College, and as an instructor at Towson University and George Mason University
  • Field of expertise is modern U.S. history, with a specific focus on the history of U.S. diplomacy and the history of intelligence and espionage in the Cold War era
  • First book, an examination of the relationships that developed between the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and the American press in the early Cold War, is due to be published by the University Press of Kentucky in summer 2019
