- Translator of Zombies: An Anthropological Investigation of the Living Dead (2017). Author of Francophone African Poetry and Drama: A Cultural History since the 1960s (2014). Also editor of The Performance Identities of Lady Gaga: Critical Essays (2012) and co-editor (with Betty Kaklamanidou) of The 21st Century Superhero: Essays on Gender, Genre and Globalization in Film (2011)
