James Roland has over thirty years experience in the criminal justice and corrections field. He served as the Deputy Superintendent of two facilities for seven years before his retirement from the Department of Youth Services, State of Ohio in 2007. He also served for four years as a Compliance Reviewer with The Nakamoto Group, Inc., being deployed to the Seneca County Jail in Tiffin Ohio from October 2008 through April 2010 and as a Compliance Inspector to present. He is a certified American Correctional Association (ACA) Auditor and has been since 2000.
