Biography

Tricia Trimble moved to the Ashland area in 2009.  Prior to this, she attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology in 2004 and a Master of Science degree in Zoology with an emphasis in Environmental and Aquatic Toxicology in 2007.  After receiving her degrees, Tricia worked as a toxicology researcher at the Fisheries and Illinois Aquaculture Center and Cooperative Wildlife Research Laboratory at SIUC, looking at the effects of PCBs, pesticides, and metals on aquatic vertebrates and invertebrates.  She has been employed at AU since 2013 as the Biology Laboratory Supervisor and spent two years prior as the AU Biology Laboratory Technician.
