Course Description:

Teachers will participate in a bundle of online lecures delivered through Exceptional Child Product purchased by the district. After completing the courses in Educator Essential Course Bundle Teacher & Principal the educators/administrators will submit a written reflection on how this content will benefit their understanding of being prepared to meet the needs of students with exceptionalities in the school and district setting.

Exceptional learners continues to be a topic that classroom teachers, administrators, and district personnel struggle to understand. This course will allow teachers/counselors/administrators the opportunity to review relevant information to prepare all educators to meet the needs of students with exceptionalities.

Implementation and Outcome:

Each learning video in the Exceptional Child series includes an assessment. Educators will also be required to submit a reflection assigment summarizing the impact their learning will have on their classroom instructional strategies.
