This training on Classroom Management is designed to give you skills and techniques to help you keep students focused, organized, and on task. This is accomplished through strategies in dealing with students, handling paperwork, data, and grading, as well as managing behavior and resources. You will learn about how to utilize digital tools to manage classroom tasks and student engagement. You will also learn how to use your iPad in managing your teaching from anywhere in the room through the use of your computer or interactive whiteboard.
Once you have completed your registration by clicking the "register for this course button" your course access will come to you in an email from the course sponsor, Simple K-12. You will have 6 months from your registration date to complete your course. Course requirements are as follows:
1. Completion of the 24 contact hours of instructional video on the Simple K12 site.
2. Completion of the evaluation found on the Simple K12 site (listed with the toolkits).
3. Completion of the written assignment. The written assignment consists of a two page (double spaced) paper responding to the content presented and outlining your plans to incorporate this content into your teaching strategies in your classroom.
