Prior to joining Ashland University, professor Chuck Bryant spent 15 years in the industry working and consulting with leading multinational corporations. His areas of expertise in the industry included corporate finance, strategic planning and corporate valuation.

Chuck received his Masters of Business Administration degree at Ashland University, with primary study in finance and international business. Upon graduating, he received the inaugural MBA Hall of Fame Award for the best MBA student. He is now completing his Doctoral degree in international business at Cleveland State University where he is now ABD. He expects to receive his Doctoral degree during the 2013 academic year. His areas of research and expertise include corporate finance, strategic planning, corporate valuation, global finance and international business. Chuck has written several academic research articles and been a presenter at multiple peer reviewed international conferences.
