Dr. Bo Li, assistant professor of supply chain management, joined the Ashland University faculty in 2012. His teaching specializations involve courses in supply chain management, operations management and decision sciences. He received his B.S. from the South China University of Technology and his M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Toledo. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS and completed the Future Supply Chain Leader training program through APICS. In addition, he worked as a global supply chain coordinator for Libbey Glass in Toledo, OH and an operations researcher for Monsanto in St. Louis, MO. His current research interests are in supply chain risk management, sustainable supply chain in the emerging markets and the global pharmaceutical and healthcare supply chain.
