Biography

Joined Ashland University faculty in 1987 and has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels

Currently directs the Internship Program of the Dauch College for the BSBA degree and also directs the Dr. Lucille F. and L.W. Ford Distinguished Business Lecture and Luncheon Series

Currently active with Ashland University’s NetVUE Grant and Life Calling Initiative

As a Fulbright Scholar, she taught in Birla Institute of Technology, Goa Campus, India, in Spring 2012

Served as Faculty Senate President and Interim Dean of the College of Business and Economics; has served on numerous committees and consulted with area companies on issues related to management

Presented over two dozen papers at regional, national and international conferences and has published articles in refereed journals and local newspapers

Her case on leadership continues to sell well internationally through Ivey Publishing; having been in their offering for more than a decade

In the past eight years has designed, implemented and administered six-week summer study abroad program for business students – COBE in Taiwan
