Biography

  • Joined Ashland University faculty in 1987 and has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels  

  • Currently directs the Internship Program of the Dauch College for the BSBA degree and also directs the Dr. Lucille F. and L.W. Ford Distinguished Business Lecture and Luncheon Series

  • Currently active with Ashland University’s NetVUE Grant and Life Calling Initiative

  • As a Fulbright Scholar, she taught in Birla Institute of Technology, Goa Campus, India, in Spring 2012

  • Served as Faculty Senate President and Interim Dean of the College of Business and Economics; has served on numerous committees and consulted with area companies on issues related to management

  • Presented over two dozen papers at regional, national and international conferences and has published articles in refereed journals and local newspapers

  • Her case on leadership continues to sell well internationally through Ivey Publishing; having been in their offering for more than a decade

  • In the past eight years has designed, implemented and administered six-week summer study abroad program for business students – COBE in Taiwan
