Professor René Rawraway CEC, CCE, assistant professor of hospitality management, joined the Ashland University faculty in 1986. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York. In 2003, chef Rawraway was named the ACF Northeast Region Chef Professionalism Award winner. He also serves on the Team Cuisine advisory board and is a judge for many regional culinary competitions. Chef Rawraway is currently serving as the ACF Northeast Region Ethics Chair. René has a Bachelor of Science in business and a Master of Business from Ashland University.
