Exercise Science Club

The Ashland University Exercise Science Club is an active and chartered club offered to any student majoring in Exercise Science. Starting with the Fall 2015 semester, incoming freshman have the opportunity to experience the new Mentorship Program, in which they are paired with upperclassmen in the same Exercise Science major. 

In addition, students participate in several activities:

  • Fitness Testing 4-6th grade students in the Ashland County School District
  • Corporate Wellness: Fitness assessments and exercise prescriptions for Ashland County Commissioners
  • AU Fit Fest: Planning committee & sponsors
  • Heart Chase: Fundraiser for American Heart Association
  • Health Fairs at Ashland University
  • Personal Training
  • Fitness Assessments for Lifetime Wellness courses
