EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP

This course, taught by John Moyer (certified coach with Resilient Leadership and current District Leadership Coach in the Stow-Monroe Falls City Schools), introduces the concept of Bowen Family Systems Theory and its application to educators at all levels.

This job embedded course will give participants an opportunity to learn Bowen Theory, offer practical ideas for its implementation while allowing for frequent opportunities to test the theory in both the professional and personal setting.  Participants can expect to see challenges through a new lens, leading to an ability to lead from a place of calm, clarity and conviction.
