TEACHER WELLNESS MATTERS

Teacher Wellness Matters is designed to allow participants to learn strategies they can use and share with colleagues to improve wellness and decrease teacher burnout in order to improve the learning environment, improve student achievement, and increase valuable instructional time. This course is a step toward eliminating the burnout culture in education and developing teachers who thrive.
