TAKING CARE OF Y.O.U.

This course teaches educators strategies about how to take care of Y.O.U. That is Yourself, Our students, and Us. In this course, we will learn from expert educators and counselors who talk about social and emotional wellness strategies for teachers, students, and staff during these challenging times. In addition, educators will explore, discuss, and use research based methods they can implement in their classrooms and schools to improve wellness, culture, and climate. Lastly, participants will create a "Taking Care of Y.O.U." action plan that will allow educators to purposefully plan opportunities for social and emotional wellness for themselves, their students, and colleagues. Overall, this course is designed for educators to learn practical strategies and get expert advice so the whole school may be well socially and emotionally.
