LEADERSHIP-NEXT LEVEL-1CR

This leadership cohort is designed for outstanding principals who are open to taking their practice to a higher level.  Principals will lparticipate in the 360 Leadership Survey for personalized feedback on their current skills and interact as a group in learning topics including goal setting, vision development, and structuring a positive building culture.  Communication skills, teacher coaching, and guiding instruction through effective use of data and research will also be explored and discussed.  One of the primary goals is for principals to gain personalized reflection and enhancement of their leadership skills to continue to increase student achievement,while collaborating with principals from diverse districts in Northeast Ohio.
