OSPA 2022 Fall Conference

Attendees will learn about recent legal developments for transgender rights in schools, and explore legal expectations and practical ways to support transgender and gender nonconforming students. Attendees will also
hear about legal requirements for educating English learners under special education and other laws. The presentation will conclude with a review of recent state law developments for identifying and supporting students with dyslexia.
