Alumni can use this platform to search for organizations actively looking to fill positions with Ashland University graduates. Educational readings, blog posts and live updates on Ohio hospital job counts are also available.
Glassdoor
Glassdoor is a job search platform that also provides information on the companies that are hiring for those jobs. Users can find details specific to their desired position, such as reported salaries, questions most commonly asked in interviews and company reviews by individuals who currently or formerly worked in the position. Glassdoor is entirely free and the Career Center for Life Calling recommends that all students and graduates use it!

OhioMeansJobs.com is a job search platform for individuals seeking employment in and around the state of Ohio. Users can search through employers’ job postings, find upcoming job fairs and workshops and post resumes that can be searched for by employers in Ohio and surrounding states. In addition, OhioMeansJobs.com provides resources for specific groups and demographics, such as students and aspiring students, restored citizens, military veterans and individuals seeking specialized training.
IBIS World
IBIS World is the world’s largest independent publisher of industry reports. Such reports are incredibly detailed and offer deep insight into the topic in question. While individual reports require purchase and memberships can be expensive, the search function of the site and the table of contents of individual reports can provide insight on what to research for your chosen career path.
