Web Tools 4 Reflective Learning is intended to provide participants with an understanding of technology tools that can increase students’ metacognitive skills. The use of digital portfolios, blogging, and journaling will be examined along with other tools that can be used in the classroom to engage student in metacognitive thinking and reflective learning. Participants share their final projects with one another on a wiki for this class so they can learn from the creativity and efforts of their peers. Participants of all skill levels are encouraged to enroll, as the class is self-paced and those with more experience will not be “held back” by those who may need assistance.
This is an open class with ongoing registration. It is a 5 week self-paced class with easy access to the instructor via email who is more than happy to answer any questions. As soon as you register, Dr. Lambert will get you started!
