Course Description:

It is not unusual to hear people say "We have a communication problem here." This class will provide methods and instruction to help you analyze and improve your own communication skills and also help you to help others. We communicate in many ways using our words, tone, eyes and bodies. Understand the hidden meanings behind various communication methods and devise strategies to communicate more effectively and avoid unnecessary conflict. Effective communication is essential in the school building at all levels. This class will teach individuals how to communicate effectively with one another and improve communication inside and outside the building.
