Cancelled FLIP YOUR LESSON VIDEOS
Cancelled In this hands on course participants will develop a recorded video lesson. At the beginning of the course, we will view many Best Practice Lesson Videos, then participants will research best practice recorded video lessons and share their findings with their colleagues. We will also demonstrate a variety of Open Educational Resources that the participants will be able to include within their Lesson Videos. In order for teachers to record a video lesson, they will be required to create a Storyboard, Script, Lesson Plan (including goals and Objectives) and follow up student assessment/guided questions (Reflection). Participants will learn how to use the Smart Notebook and PowerPoint, Software Programs on how to create their Electronic Lessons. To record their videos, participants will be trained and will use the Webcam, Smart Recorder and other screen casting software (Screencast-O-Matic). Participants will also record their voice and upload their video and/or audio recording to podcasts. From the podcast, they will publish their video to a podcast. to edit their videos, participants will be proficieint in Windows Live Moviemaker and a video conversion software program.
