REBOOT REFUEL REIGNITE
Teachers give and are expected to give more each school year. With new strategic plans, curriculum, software, initiatives, tests, and evaluation systems, how can an educator ever replenish?
This course was designed with the whole teacher in mind.
Many times in education we focus on best practices as it relates to the teacher’s instructional strategies and prowess; however, there are many other areas of a teacher’s skills that must be developed in order for him or her to be effective. One of those areas that is overlooked is teacher morale.
During this course, teachers will reflect on their practices and how a decreased morale may have impacted their professionalism at points during their career. Learners will be able to use the strategies from this course to increase their knowledge of teacher morale to continue developing as a professional.
In this course, you will take a look at the teacher burnout epidemic and its impact on student achievement. In addition, you will explore ways to improve your own morale and create a plan of action to maintain a positive outlook about what you do and the difference you make. So, thank you again for taking this course. At the end of this course, you will feel Rebooted, Refueled, and Reignited!
