Course Description:

Whether you’re teaching kindergarten students the alphabet or adolescents geometry, teachers and intervention specialists provide instruction that ensures a measure of success for each student.  We teach 21st Century skills!  We differentiate our instruction and we provide prompt frequent feedback on assignments, yet some students appear to lack MOTIVATION!  How do we motivate children to WANT to participate or better yet…how do we FOSTER SELF-MOTIVATION?

This workshop introduces simple motivational strategies and evidenced based research that leads our students to take ownership of and positively impact their own academic and non-academic learning.
