Behavior acting out which includes aggression, anxiety, depression and academic under achievement is highly correlated with the lack of emotion regulation skills.  Children need to be taught that emotions are strongly connected to unrealistic and irrational ways of thinking and that changing thinking, even a little, can make a big difference in motivation, self-esteem, social skills and academic success!  This fun and interactive workshop will help you learn the skills of emotion regulation and how to systematically help kids to Think, Feel and Do better in the process!  Be prepared to be changed for the good! Please contact Janice Morabeto at morbets@aol.com for more information or questions.
