GENERATIONAL IMPACT ON CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
What is the impact of your generational upbringing on your classroom management style? As we grew up our values, morals, and ethics were established and how has that impacted your classroom management? What are the characteristics, morals, and ethics of the students you are teaching? Could classroom issued be due to a lack of understanding? This course will investigate multiple generations and their characteristics which will allow you to compare yourself with students. Furthermore, this class will review the classroom management theories that have evolved during each of the generational periods allowing you to understand the transformation of classroom management and how it might impact your classroom style.
