Debra Westerfelt

Associate Professor of Management


Dr. Debra Westerfelt is an Associate Professor of Management in the Dauch College of Business and Economics. Dr. Westerfelt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Ashland University in 1975, a Master of Arts (1981) and a Ph.D. in Business Education from The Ohio State University in 1993. She has taught Organizational Behavior, Organizational Design and Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis in the MBA Program. In the BSBA Program, she teaches Business Communications. She has presented at the OBTC Conference at Babson College, the Midwest Sciences Decisions Conference and several Lilly Conferences at Miami University. Her publications appear in the Organizational Leadership and Management Journal, the Business and Innovation Journal and College and University Journal.
