Wooster Resident Promoted in Ashland University Development Area
4/8/10 ASHLAND, Ohio --Thomas Seddon, vice president for development at Ashland University, has announced a number of promotions in the development area at the University. The promotions take effect immediately.
"The motive for these promotions is two-fold -- recognizing outstanding performance in our development area as well as expanding to meet the needs of future development efforts for Ashland University," Seddon said.
Margaret Pomfret has been named director of development and campaigns and will be responsible for donor cultivation and the Ashland University College of Nursing Campaign.
A 1997 Ashland University graduate, Pomfret served as director of alumni and parent relations since 2001. She previously served as assistant director of alumni and as an admission representative for Ashland University.
Pomfret resides in Wooster with her husband, Tim, and their two children.
