Biography

Carl Walley joined the faculty of Ashland University in 1989. He teaches graduate courses related to curriculum theory and undergraduate classes on educational psychology and middle grades education. Before coming to Ashland University, he was an elementary grades teacher, school principal, consultant for gifted education and supervisor of elementary programs. He is the author of two books and numerous articles related to literacy and comparative education.
