Currently employed by the Aramark Corporation as the Assistant Director of Food and Nutrition Services, Lockport City School District in Lockport, New York
As a student, Destinee was involved with the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality, Black Student Union, International Club, Saudi Club and Philosophy Club. He also served as a Pathways mentor, intern for the Office of Diversity, student assistant for the Office of Multicultural Student Services and worked as a steward and courier for Campus Dining and Auxiliary Services, respectively.
“College is a very special time in your life, so don’t hesitate to throw yourself wholeheartedly into the experience. Join clubs or groups, volunteer and participate in programs. Laugh often and make friends that last a lifetime. Do something every day to make the most of your time there,” said Destinee Moore, a May 2012 graduate.
Throughout his time at Ashland University, Destinee was awarded with numerous scholarships including the Hilda E. Bretzlaff Foundation Memorial Scholarship, the William Randolph Hurst Endowment and the Helen & Louis Stolier Family Foundation Scholarship from the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC).
