Ashland University’s Diversity Inclusion Forum Series is a new program led by the Office of Institutional Diversity. Each week students, faculty and staff will have a opportunity to hear and engage in dialogue of an expert in the field of diversity.

August 26, 2013 at 4 p.m. - Race and Privilege
This session will include a discussion and dialogue on race and privilege nationally and internationally.

September 3, 2013 at 5 p.m. – Foster Care/Adoption
During this session the speaker will discuss the challenges and resources for foster youth in obtaining higher education.

This session will discuss the transitions veterans make from military to higher education.

This speaker will discuss the differenences and similarties between educational domestically and internationally.

This session will include a panel of speakers of different religons backgrounds.

This session will discuss gender roles, and how these roles are affecting Higher Education institutions.

This session will focus on the intersection of disabilities and higher education institutions.
