Phi Delta Theta
The brothers of Phi Delta Theta has made it their mission to build upon our solid foundation and take the chapter to new heights. With an emphasis on scholarship, accountability and organization, they were able to create a new culture in which each individual member seeks to become the greatest version of himself while improving the chapter in the process.
Regarding scholarship, Phi Delta Theta was able to formulate and implement a scholarship plan, helping those who had trouble meeting grade requirements and rewarding those who went above and beyond the requirements. In the fall 2012 semester, with the assistance of their new scholarship plan, the fraternity achieved the highest recorded fraternity GPA in University history.
Phi Delta Theta also focuses on member accountability and also saw an increase in individual involvement, as each member sought to not only become responsible in their chapter duties, but they also sought innovation.
