"When I started working with Ken I was flabby and suffering from chronic back pain. My doctor suggested that strengthening my core would help my back, so I started meeting with him twice a week (plus one visit a week to the gym on my own). Ken worked with me on a set of core exercises, but also introduced me to weight training. He worked me hard, but was always positive and encouraging.
